Exit Planning
Every entrepreneur eventually wants to exit the business that they have built. Either they are ready to retire, have another idea that they need capital to finance, or just want to do something else. On the other hand, they sometimes have a specific number in mind that they need to get for the business.
We help entrepreneurs estimate the current value of their company and plot a course to achieve the value that they want when they exit. We do a deep dive to identify factors which help and hurt your valuation and identify strategies to maximize the positives and minimize the negatives. Our exit planning engagements are done on a consulting basis, with nominal costs for you. After an initial assessment, we have check in meetings on a monthly or quarterly basis to support you in enhancing the overall value of your company.

Our team will act as a Board of Advisors, giving you the benefit of a Board of Directors, without giving up control or equity in your company.
This service starts with an initial assessment followed by quarterly or semi-annual Board Meetings with formal review of the company.
Between formal meetings, we act as on-call advisors for financial, operational, and business strategy.
